GPHG: The Best Tourbillon Prize Goes To....
The Best Tourbillon prize was presented to Bart and Tim Grönefeld before 1,500 fellow watchmakers, collectors, and industry figures. This honor was bestowed upon the brothers at the prestigious Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève in the stately Grand Théâtre. Grönefeld's Parallax Tourbillon was the winner of this prize, as it epitomizes incredible innovation in mechanics and design. What's most impressive is that Grönefeld is one the few completely independent watch manufacturers left, as well as being one of the few highly-regarded Dutch (yes, Dutch, not Swiss) watch manufacturers in the world.
